Lake Magic

On October 2nd we arrived at our new winter home, Lake Magic RV resort in Clermont, Florida.  We were greeted by all of our neighbors once we were settled on our site #422, a nice pull thru.  We love the location of this park as well as well as the amenities and activities. We feel like we live in a real neighborhood here.

 We have used the pool quite a bit when the weather is warm as well as participating in shuffleboard, pot luck dinners and holiday parties and get-togethers with the neighbors.

We just love the view of Lake Davenport from the recreation area.  Maybe one of these days we will have to try our hand at fishing here but hopefully we won't catch any gators.

Before we left to go home for the holidays the park hosted a Christmas golf cart parade as well as a campfire and camp dinner down by the lake.  We don't have a golf cart (glad we aren't that old that we need one yet) but we participated in the festivities and had a great time meeting new people as well as mingling with those we already knew.
